As an Inside Sales Rep, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant at our branch. This role is designed for an ambitious professional with an interest in the industry who can build relationships and provide outstanding customer service. You will act as a consultant, recommending solutions to customers, quoting, selling, and fulfilling orders for equipment and services based on their specific needs.
In this position, you will multi-task in a fast-paced environment, learning constantly while building your ability to drive sales and branch growth. You will be responsible for establishing new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers, negotiating prices in accordance with company policies, and dispatching delivery trucks while managing customer expectations. Additionally, you will generate leads for new business, communicate them to Outside Sales Representatives, and warm call on lost or dormant accounts to retain business. Maintaining a clean and presentable showroom is also a key part of your daily responsibilities.
