As a Premier Client Banker within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. In this position, you will serve as the quarterback for all ecosystem partners, driving mass affluent client acquisition, outreach, and retention. Your mission is to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet with new and existing clients by leveraging needs-based and consultative conversational skills.
You will develop and maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue and growth while managing risk and maximizing profitability for your portfolio. The role requires delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. You will proactively identify sales opportunities, translate client insights into actionable strategies, and deliver Financial Wellness by suggesting tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
Success in this role involves collaborating with a wide range of ecosystem partners to develop leadership inside and outside the branch as a Center of Influence (COI). You will own the client relationship and hold the team accountable for deliverables, ensuring a strong client commitment and advocacy through proactive and responsive service.
