About the Role
This position serves as the operational heart of the property, balancing the needs of residents, owners, and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in affordable housing frameworks, including HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8, to ensure the property remains compliant while delivering exceptional service.
The day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of resident relations, leasing, and financial oversight. You will guide applicants through the leasing process, manage move-ins, and maintain strong tenant relationships. A significant portion of the role is dedicated to property oversight, including coordinating maintenance, managing vendor work orders, and ensuring the physical asset is well-maintained. Additionally, you will handle financial duties such as rent collection, budget analysis, and file management, while supervising and developing assistant site managers.
