We are seeking a Property Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our team and drive company success. This unique hybrid role combines essential administrative functions with dynamic marketing support, serving as a vital link between the Operations team, the leasing department, and our community of tenants.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day flow of information and logistics for our mall properties. Your day will involve coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, drafting contracts, and ensuring utility compliance. You will support the leasing team by preparing license agreements, lease exhibits, and presentations. Beyond administration, you will play an active role in the property's marketing life, from designing and installing seasonal window displays to facilitating community events like the Kids Club and holiday programs. You will also conduct daily property walks to ensure marketing collateral is pristine and coordinate with vendors and contractors to maintain the center's high standards.
