Based out of our Oklahoma City office, this position serves as a vital bridge between our sales, estimating, and production teams. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial construction bids, from analyzing complex drawings and specifications to negotiating final scopes with prime contractors. This role requires a deep understanding of construction technology and materials to effectively evaluate requests from architects and contractors.
In this capacity, you will cultivate customer relationships through trade association functions and direct outreach. Your day-to-day involves preparing detailed quote letters, analyzing bid competitiveness, and logging all activities in our Alpha Sales database. Once a contract is awarded, you will transition into a project management role, setting up job files, coordinating with production teams on logistics and scheduling, and conducting site visits to ensure quality and schedule adherence. You will also interface with clients and vendors to resolve issues, prevent conflicts, and drive business development opportunities.
Candidates must currently reside in the Oklahoma City area or be willing to relocate, as this role is not intended to be performed remotely or from other locations like Tulsa. We look for individuals who are ready to hit the ground running in our local market.
