About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Campbell, Wisconsin. The role is designed for an enthusiastic team player who thrives on putting clients first. You will serve as a vital link between project planning and execution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our quoting and estimation processes.

Your day will involve interpreting floor plans and project scopes to accurately estimate material quantities and prepare detailed lists for bids. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, structural specialists, and purchasing to determine project viability and finalize quotes using Spruce software. As you grow in your career here, you will have the opportunity to cross-train in structural design, utilizing engineering software to create floor layouts, size structural components, and troubleshoot complex structural issues.
