About the Role
This is an on-site position based in Campbell, Wisconsin. The role is designed for an enthusiastic individual who loves putting clients first and thrives as a point person for team projects. You will serve as a vital link between project plans and customer solutions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every quote.
Your day will involve interpreting project plans to accurately estimate material quantities and prepare detailed material lists for bids and sold projects. You will collaborate with sales teams, structural specialists, and purchasing departments in pre-bid meetings to determine project viability. Using Spruce software, you will finalize quotes ranging from small to large projects, ensuring they are routed correctly for pricing and presentation.
As you grow within the role, you will expand your expertise to include structural design components. This includes creating floor layouts and tall wall drawings, using engineering software to size headers and structural components, and troubleshooting structural issues to develop effective solutions.
About You
We are looking for someone with a "Uber positive" attitude who brings a unique perspective to the table. While previous experience in rough carpentry or commercial construction is a plus, we value your background in customer service and your ability to navigate complex digital tools. Whether you have a history in the construction industry or have excelled in other fields, we believe that a go-getter attitude is the most important qualification.
