About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Campbell, Wisconsin. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member with a positive, winning attitude to join our mission. In this role, you will serve as a key point person for the team, collaborating with sales, structural specialists, and purchasing to determine project viability.

Your day-to-day will involve quoting assistance, including putting together and finalizing small and large quotes using Spruce software. You will interpret project plans and floor plans to accurately estimate material quantities and prepare material lists for bids and sold projects. High communication is required at all times as you route lists to category specialists and the sales team for pricing and customer presentation.

As you grow in your role, you will have the opportunity to cross-train and add structural design components to your skillset. This includes using software to create floor layouts and tall wall drawings, utilizing engineering software to size headers and structural components, and troubleshooting structural issues to develop solutions.
