About the Role
This is a fully qualified, career-oriented Senior Project Manager position designed for a professional who has mastered the duties of a journey-level Project Manager. Operating under general direction, you will exercise significant judgment and discretion to manage all aspects of project development and implementation. You will serve as the single point of contact for high-visibility assignments that often require specific discipline and areas of expertise.
The role demands significant risk management capabilities and may involve formal partnering agreements with outside firms. You will be responsible for determining project objectives, guiding engineering teams through complex risk and alternative analyses, and overseeing EPC contracts in alignment with the ESC Work Oversight Committee. Additionally, you will negotiate third-party contracts, arbitrate project conflicts, and mentor less experienced project managers while championing company-wide best practices.
