Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead formal project reviews and conduct kick-off and interim status meetings
- check_circleMentor junior engineers and provide performance feedback through staff reviews
- check_circleMonitor construction activities and supervise field personnel assigned to projects
- check_circleManage all aspects of construction administration for assigned projects
- check_circleCoordinate timely invoicing and collection of project fees
- check_circleSign and seal engineering documents as an authorized Professional Engineer
- check_circleAssign and manage tasks, schedules, and budgets to project team members and subcontractors
- check_circleIndependently complete engineering tasks within federal, state, and local criteria
- check_circleEnsure task accuracy by utilizing established QA/QC processes
- check_circleCommunicate technical matters directly with clients
- check_circlePrepare engineering services proposals including time and cost estimations
- check_circlePrepare scopes of services, detailed project budgets, and contracts
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
- verified10+ years of relevant water/wastewater engineering experience
- verifiedCurrent, valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- verifiedAbility to obtain licensure in one or more other states
- verifiedValid driver's license
Nice to Have
Master's degree in a related field.
