About the Role

This advanced-level position serves as the bridge between our technology and the communities that rely on it. As a Post Sales Engineer, you will provide critical project management and technical support for AdvanTex and MBBR (moving bed biofilm reactor) treatment processes. Your work will focus on existing wastewater treatment systems, ensuring they operate efficiently through data collection, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

You will be the voice of the field, regularly interacting with internal staff, operators, designers, business partners, and regulators. By collecting influent and effluent data and reviewing existing designs, you will recommend process changes that optimize performance. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our R&D team to communicate customer feedback and observations, directly influencing future design improvements.
