As a Project Manager at JLL, you will take ownership of project implementation and execution from start to finish. You will manage projects typically up to 25,000 RSF and potentially up to 75,000 RSF, handling everything from programming and design through entitlements, permitting, and construction management. Your role involves developing project budgets, maintaining financial forecasts, and making critical decisions aligned with owner objectives.

Experience managing ground-up construction projects including programming, design, entitlements, and full lifecycle delivery. Track record of successfully managing capital improvement or asset preservation programs across multiple sites. Demonstrated experience in business development activities including proposal preparation, client presentations, and securing new projects. Familiarity with construction contracts, negotiation processes, and vendor management. Knowledge of risk management practices related to project delivery, fee structures, and errors and omissions exposure.
