About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and institutional construction projects in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will guide the full project lifecycle, from scope development and estimating to scheduling and resource allocation. You will manage project financials, oversee field teams through superintendents, and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
This position offers the opportunity to represent the project in executive-level discussions, mentor team members, and drive project outcomes in a dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in establishing safety standards, resolving risks, and ensuring accurate project execution through rigorous review of drawings and specifications.
