We are seeking a dynamic Regional Project Manager to grow our brand and impact across California. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between Shaw Sports Turf, our customers, general contractors, and internal teams. Your primary focus will be overseeing the construction phase of synthetic turf projects, ensuring seamless execution from mobilization to project closeout.
You will act as a strategic partner in developing subcontractor partnerships, supporting estimating efforts, and driving operational efficiency. Beyond project execution, you will play a key role in long-term client satisfaction by managing lifecycle site visits, coordinating maintenance training, and responding to warranty or emergency service requests. This position is based remotely within California, with a focus on high-volume areas including the Bay Area, Orange County, Los Angeles, and Sacramento. Frequent travel across the territory and periodic visits to our North Georgia headquarters are expected.
