About the Role

The Regional Project Manager is the strategic face of Shaw Sports Turf in California, responsible for overseeing the construction phase of synthetic turf projects across the Bay Area, Orange County, Los Angeles, and Sacramento. This role is more than just site supervision; it is a dynamic position that balances direct execution with long-term relationship building.

You will serve as the key liaison between Shaw Sports Turf, our customers, general contractors, and internal teams. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating complex installation schedules, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and fostering strong partnerships with local subcontractors. Beyond the construction phase, you will drive operational efficiency by supporting estimating efforts and managing the lifecycle of the field, from initial site surveys to post-installation maintenance and warranty support.

Based in California with the flexibility to work remotely, this role requires frequent travel across the territory and periodic visits to our North Georgia headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for resolving project challenges, ensuring that every installation not only meets our technical specifications but also delivers a superior experience for the end-user.
