About the Role
As a Project Manager for Mechanical Building Projects, you will lead the full lifecycle of HVAC and plumbing construction initiatives, from initial planning through final commissioning and closeout. This role is critical to ensuring that complex federal and commercial sites operate safely and efficiently. You will serve as the central point of collaboration between clients, engineers, and field teams, resolving technical challenges to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Your day-to-day involves orchestrating schedules, managing resources, and overseeing subcontractors to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Beyond technical execution, you will mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative environment that values continuous improvement and professional development.
