This Project Manager- Land role is designed for a professional with a career built on purpose—making dreams come true by building zero-defect homes, managing costs, and adhering to strict schedules. You will supervise and direct all aspects of a community, maintaining community schedules while coordinating with department heads and outside consultants for architectural design and site planning. This position serves as a vital liaison, ensuring seamless execution from feasibility studies through the construction process and HOA setup.
