Key Responsibilities

check_circleMaintain community and construction schedules while overseeing all construction activities and quality control

check_circleSupervise and coordinate with outside consultants for architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and soils engineering

check_circleProvide weekly written reports on progress, trade partner meetings, agency contacts, problem resolution, and safety meetings
check_circleCoordinate model complexes and conditional use permits
check_circleCoordinate DRE processing, CC&Rs, and set up HOAs acting as liaison and board member if needed
check_circleSecure and manage the exoneration of necessary bonds for community projects
check_circleCreate and maintain site budgets for community development projects
check_circleAssist in preparing feasibility studies for new developments
