The Project Manager serves as the central leader for a community, responsible for supervising and directing all aspects of its development. This role exists to ensure the seamless execution of community schedules, architectural design, and site planning. You will act as a vital liaison between internal division executives and outside consultants, coordinating the complex interplay of architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and soils engineering. The position demands a career built on purpose, where you will oversee construction activities, manage site budgets, and drive problem resolution to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
