The Project Manager I is a pivotal role designed to lead projects in a dynamic environment, balancing the demands of quality, timeliness, and safety. This position serves as the operational backbone for complex projects, requiring a professional who can mentor project teams and cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner in the project lifecycle. You will support and lead EPC contract negotiations, manage vendor procurement, and oversee the financial health of projects from estimate allocation to final billing. Beyond the numbers, you will be responsible for developing Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, fostering a culture of growth and accountability within the team. The ideal candidate thrives on organizing multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail while navigating construction law and business practices.
