We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer II to join our team in an ever-changing environment. This role is designed for a professional who can interact with staff at all levels while remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient. You will serve as a critical link in the project lifecycle, reviewing, analyzing, managing, and resolving field coordination issues alongside project team members and participants.
In this position, you will lead the 3-D coordination process to resolve conflicts before installation and manage the entire spectrum of construction quality management, from pre-construction quality plans to the final commissioning process. Your day-to-day will involve interpreting project plans for subcontractors, managing complex documentation like submittals and RFIs, and ensuring all safety and compliance protocols are met. You will also play a key role in project closeout, overseeing the delivery of operations manuals and model turnover.
