The Project Manager I is a pivotal role designed to lead projects with professionalism, flexibility, and resourcefulness within a dynamic environment. This position serves as the operational backbone for project quality, timeliness, and safety, while simultaneously fostering strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication. Beyond managing the financial health of projects and navigating complex EPC contract negotiations, the role focuses heavily on team development. You will mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, guiding their growth while overseeing the allocation of resources and the management of vendor relationships. This is a role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organizing multiple tasks and interpreting company policies to drive success.
