About the Role

The Design Phase Manager serves as the vital bridge between the owner's vision and the final construction reality. In this role, you will lead the design process and team members to translate that vision into actionable design solutions and construction parameters. You will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, requiring flexibility, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach.

You may manage two projects simultaneously or focus on one larger, complex project. Your leadership ensures a smooth transition from design to construction operations by aligning scope, budget, and schedule while fostering an integrated team experience. This position offers opportunities at both Level 1 and Level 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their specific experience and qualifications.
