About the Energy Storage Group
We are seeking experienced Project Managers (Levels I and II) to join our dynamic Energy Storage Group. This role exists to provide overall leadership direction, ensuring project quality and timeliness while fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be flexible, resourceful, and proactive, capable of anticipating critical issues and developing viable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for owners and on-site representatives, managing the financial health of projects, overseeing subcontracts, and mentoring project teams. The role demands a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, with a focus on creative problem-solving and maintaining outstanding customer service.
Location and Travel
This position is based in AZ, TX, CA, OK, the Midwest, or CO. It requires 100% travel on a rotation basis, reflecting the mobile nature of our energy storage projects.
Hiring Process and Application
Candidates may apply for either Project Manager I or II levels based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined by factors such as experience, location, and internal equity.
