About the Role

The Project Manager serves as the central leader for the total construction effort, ensuring projects are safely constructed in strict accordance with design, budget, and schedule. This role acts as the primary interface between client representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers, driving project continuity from startup to closeout. The position requires a dedicated leader who relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, managing all aspects of cost management and coordinating with the Project Engineer and Superintendent to maintain rigorous project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleOversee total construction effort to ensure projects are safely constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
  • check_circleComply with and actively promote all safety policies and procedures including reporting accidents and incidents
  • check_circleReview project features with the Estimating Department and sign off on the budget prior to construction
  • check_circleSubmit preliminary paperwork including submittals, subcontractor approvals, and affirmative action documents
  • check_circleCoordinate and direct all project activities with the Project Superintendent to ensure milestones are met
  • check_circleConduct weekly meetings and prepare periodic estimates with the owner's representative
  • check_circleMaintain contact with the project Owner and Architect to obtain final payment and close out jobsite office
  • check_circleAttend final punch list inspections and closeout meetings to complete final documents
