About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager specializing in Geotechnical Construction to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of the construction industry, with a specific focus on the prefabricated metal building sector. This role is designed for a strong leader who can oversee all geotechnical construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

In this position, you will serve as the central point of coordination for project execution. Your day-to-day involves managing relationships with subcontractors, troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize timeline disruptions, and utilizing specialized knowledge of drilling rigs, casing, down hole hammers, and hollow bars. You will prepare detailed schematics and schedules while continuously monitoring progress to identify and resolve potential issues promptly. This role requires a hands-on approach, blending high-level project management with on-site operational expertise.

A key component of this position involves travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Maryland, to support various project sites.
