Project Manager, GEMS, NA Startup

About the Team

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Operations Global Engineering Maintenance Sustainability (GEMS) Organization. This team is dedicated to overseeing and coordinating the execution of successful new build infrastructure and expansion/retrofit projects. Our mission is to drive standardization within our network while ensuring timelines are met and budgets are maintained through the leadership of complex, capital-intensive initiatives.

About the Role

This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a dynamic, travel-intensive environment. You will manage small to medium capital projects with significant schedule commitments, leading a team of support personnel and coordinating resources to launch new and complex projects. A core part of your day involves interfacing at all levels of the organization and managing the schedules of multiple vendors simultaneously.

The position requires up to 80% nationwide travel. You will be expected to work from a corporate office when not traveling, and candidates should either live near or be willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Relocation assistance may be provided. This role demands exceptional organizational skills to maintain a successful work-life harmony while navigating a schedule that frequently shifts between site walks, stakeholder meetings, and travel logistics.
