About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager for a long-term engagement with a Global Medical Device client in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid, full-time position within our Professional Affairs division.

In this role, you will oversee and support professional education programs at the Institute, in the field, and at large conferences. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of these programs, from planning and contracting to execution. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, identifying project requirements, defining scope, and ensuring client needs are met as projects evolve. Your day-to-day involves coordinating resources, maintaining digital files in MS Teams and SharePoint, and monitoring project progress via dashboards to keep stakeholders informed. With approximately 10% annual travel required, you will also participate in project meetings to provide problem-solving input and help prepare proposals, timeframes, and budgets.
