As a Project Manager within our Healthcare division in the Hudson Valley, you will serve as the central hub for delivering successful electrical projects. Reporting to the General Manager, your primary mission is to oversee and coordinate complex projects from inception to closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with E-J's rigorous safety and quality standards.
In this role, you will collaborate with diverse teams, including field supervision, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Your day-to-day involves planning and monitoring progress, managing project schedules and milestones, and maintaining accurate documentation such as change orders and progress reports. You will act as the primary communicator for stakeholders, providing transparent updates on status, risks, and milestones while proactively addressing conflicts or delays to maintain project momentum. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing comprehensive budgets, procuring necessary materials and equipment, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
We are seeking a skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience and a background in the electrical contracting or engineering space. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, practical construction knowledge, and proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Emque, Riskcast, or Toric, alongside the Microsoft Suite.
