About the Role
This position serves as a vital bridge between our office operations and our field teams. You will supervise and coordinate mechanical labor across multiple job sites, ensuring that daily, weekly, and long-term schedules are meticulously developed and maintained. Your role is to ensure appropriate staffing levels for every project phase, dynamically adjusting resources to meet evolving demands.
As the main point of contact for labor-related issues, you will facilitate seamless communication between the office, field supervisors, and job site personnel. You will assign tasks, monitor productivity and quality, and oversee performance evaluations. Working closely with project managers and the HR department, you will help manage recruitment, hiring, and training while ensuring labor allocation aligns with project deadlines and budgets.
