Our Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for a Project Manager. Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1,100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, and Edison, NJ.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage project teams including project controls, schedulers, estimators, and subject matter experts
- check_circleLead teams in design document reviews, constructability reviews, and value engineering studies
- check_circleCommunicate project progress with clients and assist with overall project strategy
- check_circleAdvise owners on building projects from conception through closeout with focus on budget, schedule, scope, and quality
- check_circleMaintain master project budgets, develop cash flows, and advise owners on Estimate at Completion
- check_circleLead project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on open items
- check_circleCoordinate and lead designer, contractor, and third-party procurement efforts
- check_circleReview and advise on project change orders while assessing impacts on schedule and budget
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of 10 years experience in Building Construction
- verifiedDegree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- verifiedCertified Construction manager (CCM) or Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of CT preferred OR must have the ability to obtain when on board
- verifiedValid license and willingness to commute to projects across Eastern and Central CT
- verifiedAbility to Pass a background check with the Dept. of Corrections (DOC)
Nice to Have
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of CT (or ability to obtain when on board). CT DOT Project experience. Knowledge of Compass and/or Astro Project Management software.
