As a Project Manager within AEI's Due Diligence division, you will lead environmental due diligence projects focused on the commercial real estate sector. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a positive impact on clients and communities. You will manage the full lifecycle of environmental reviews, including state and federal regulatory file reviews and field investigations, ensuring high-quality deliverables for agency lenders and investor platforms.
The position offers a flexible work model, allowing you to work remotely within the greater Salt Lake City, UT area. You will engage in meaningful work that requires a blend of technical expertise and superior customer service, balancing multiple projects under strict deadlines while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

1+ years of previous experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). Previous experience performing Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects focused on Agency lenders and Agency investor platforms in the commercial real estate sector. Active AHERA certification. Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training certification, asbestos inspector, and/or lead-based paint certification.
