About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to plan and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. This role exists to drive our goals and vision forward by coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define requirements and objectives. You will serve as a central point of contact, motivating teams, removing impediments, and keeping all parties informed of progress, risks, and issues.
This is a fully remote position that requires a Public Trust security clearance. Due to federal requirements, candidates must be US Citizens; Green Card holders or those requiring sponsorship will not be considered. The selected candidate will also be required to pass a government-sponsored clearance process.

Requirements

Previous NETL experience. Scrum Master skills. Strong project management skills with experience in managing complex projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal, documentation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and foster strong relationships with the client and teams across the enterprise. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of professional experience). PMP Certification. Agile Scrum Master Certification.
