Project Manager - Electrical Construction (Industrial)

About the Role

This position manages and directs industrial electrical construction projects from startup to completion. You will serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring adherence to contract documents, plans, specifications, and permits while driving the project toward predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and participant satisfaction.

Reporting to the Vice-President of Arizona Operations, you will oversee the full lifecycle of project execution. Your day involves preparing and enforcing project strategies, managing data and material resources, and coordinating complex scheduling activities. You will handle the preparation of subcontracts, shop drawings, budgets, and monthly billings, while also managing the workforce by hiring, transferring, or dismissing electricians as needed to maintain continuity.

Safety is paramount in this role. You are responsible for ensuring strict compliance with OSHA and Ludvik Electric Co. standards, maintaining a safe work environment, and possessing a working knowledge of relevant codes including NEC, UBC, LSC, and NFPA. This position is designated as safety-sensitive, requiring your full and unimpaired skills and judgment to safely execute all job responsibilities.
