As a Project Manager in Huntsville, AL, you will lead the planning and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. This role exists to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while managing complex contractual milestones. You will coordinate pre-construction activities, direct subcontractors and vendors, and oversee project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and change orders. The position requires strong leadership to supervise project personnel and maintain consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders. You will identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage inspections and punch lists to ensure successful project closeout.

Experience supporting proposal development, estimating, or business development activities. Experience working on federal or Department of Defense (DoD) construction contracts. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. OSHA 30 certification. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across multiple locations. Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or Bluebeam.
