The Project Manager for Early Phase (EP) serves as the strategic bridge between Parexel and our sponsors, leading clinical research initiatives from pre-award through close-out. This position is designed for a professional who combines deep clinical research experience with agile project management skills to develop tailored solutions that drive operational excellence. You will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, ensuring full compliance with ICH, GCP, and applicable regulations.
In this role, you will manage the financial health of your programs, overseeing revenue recognition, milestone payments, and pass-through invoices while maintaining strict adherence to SOPs and contract terms. As the central point of contact, you will foster strong sponsor relationships, proactively communicating progress, risks, and solutions to ensure objectives are met. Whether leading virtual teams across different cultures or navigating ambiguous situations, you will leverage your decision-making and negotiation skills to guide projects to completion.
This position is home-based with a preference for candidates located in California, Colorado, or Texas. The role involves leading virtual teams and managing cross-functional collaboration across locations.

Base salaries for this role range from $125,000 to $138,000, with actual compensation varying based on education, training, experience, professional achievement, and location. Some roles may also be eligible for participation in Parexel's annual performance-based bonus plan and salary reviews.
