About the Role
Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between estimation, project administration, and execution. You will be responsible for developing precise estimates and providing accurate, detailed project information to all appropriate parties. Your work ensures that the administration components for an entire project are managed effectively, from the initial proposal through to the final closeout.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects
- check_circleCreate change orders based on customer expectations
- check_circleExecute job setup including contract review, cost codes, and budgeting
- check_circleGenerate customer proposals and preliminary project schedules
- check_circleCompile daily job cost reports to ensure alignment with the budget
- check_circleExecute detailed project closeouts
- check_circleCommunicate project information and solutions to the team and stakeholders
- check_circleManage logs for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals
- check_circleIdentify and quantify concrete scope items to develop project strategies
- check_circleConduct organized and accurate material takeoffs for projects
Requirements
- verified5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor
- verifiedSelf-perform experience of concrete is required
- verifiedExperience with Commercial/Industrial concrete projects
- verifiedKnowledge of construction principles/practices with experience on projects over 1 million dollars
- verifiedPrevious experience with performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
