About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team in Raleigh. In this role, you will support the estimating team and Pre-Construction Lead in all aspects of estimating, including quantity take-offs, pricing, and bidding for commercial and industrial projects. This position is critical for ensuring accurate and competitive bids, contributing to the successful acquisition and execution of projects.
You will guide estimators and project coordinators in task assignments and the proper use of processes and tools, validating the accuracy and completeness of estimates produced by the team. Your work ensures that the operations team receives correct and detailed information necessary for effective project execution.
