Lithko Contracting is seeking a Senior Estimator - Healthcare to join our Southeast region. This role will lead or strongly assist in business development efforts within the Healthcare sector for the southeastern United States. You will support and own all aspects of estimating, take-offs, pricing, and bidding for the Healthcare vertical.
This is a highly visible and pivotal role that will work hand-in-glove with area executives and operational leadership for the successful acquisition and execution of projects. You will be responsible for establishing estimates with appropriate alternates, developing conceptual estimates from limited information, and performing detailed take-offs to quantify all concrete scope items. Additionally, you will create comprehensive customer proposals and ensure accurate project information is delivered to the team during turnover and planning phases to guarantee seamless execution.
