Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage and grow relationships with clients, partners, architects, and owners
- check_circleOversee project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance alignment
- check_circleMentor and develop junior team members, including Project Engineers and Coordinators
- check_circleManage project closeout processes, including claims, reconciliation, and punch lists
- check_circleConduct site walks to verify work aligns with drawings and specifications
- check_circleCoordinate project scheduling, logistics, and material staging with field teams
- check_circleDocument project records, RFIs, and field communications for organizational tracking
- check_circleLead business development efforts, including lead generation and client pitches
- check_circleParticipate in trade partner selection, buyouts, and scope of work creation
- check_circleMonitor safety compliance and assist in conducting safety walks and meetings
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of six (6) years of experience managing complex, high-value corporate interior projects
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- verifiedProficiency in project scheduling, scope development, contract review, financial oversight, and risk management
