In this role, you will assist in training project personnel and mentoring project and field engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. You will work closely with the Project Superintendent to develop schedules, manage budgets, and ensure the successful execution of construction contracts. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's objectives by controlling costs, managing procurement, and driving project profitability.
