About the Role

This position offers overall responsibility for a business segment, encompassing cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality of operations. The role is designed for a self-motivated professional capable of managing multiple minor construction contracts from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a central coordinator, working closely with other project managers to ensure seamless execution across various projects.

Day in the Life

Your work will involve active participation in client scoping sessions, producing detailed estimates, and negotiating proposals. You will be responsible for creating subcontractor bid packages and overseeing field activities to ensure compliance with company standards. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to reviewing materials, approving submittals, and enforcing the company safety program. Additionally, you will produce in-house production reports and project schedules, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently with minimal supervision.
