As a Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics, you will be the main point of contact for patient scheduling at a client cell therapy treatment center. This role is critical to the manufacturing of clinical autologous cellular immunotherapy products, ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
You will coordinate patient schedules between treatment sites and manufacturing facilities, resolving real-time operational issues related to transportation, distribution, and administration. Your work ensures a positive end-to-end customer experience for patients and healthy donors participating in clinical trials. While the primary focus is on operational execution, there are opportunities to participate in projects and working groups as performance and business needs allow.
