About the Role
As a Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics, you will be the main point of contact for patient scheduling at a client cell therapy treatment center. This role is critical to the manufacturing of clinical autologous cellular immunotherapy products, ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
You will coordinate patient schedules between treatment sites and manufacturing facilities, resolving real-time operational issues related to transportation, distribution, and administration. Your work ensures a positive end-to-end customer experience for patients and healthy donors participating in clinical trials. While the primary focus is on operational execution, there are opportunities to participate in projects and working groups as performance and business needs allow.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCreate and maintain patient schedules in coordination with treatment and manufacturing sites
- check_circleTroubleshoot and develop action plans for issues throughout the patient journey
- check_circleInteract with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email to resolve operational issues
- check_circleInput and maintain transactional data related to patient schedules within the scheduling system
- check_circleTrain treatment sites on patient scheduling processes as assigned
- check_circleCreate and maintain master data in the account management system
- check_circleFacilitate daily operations activities and meetings including shift turnover on a rotating basis
- check_circleProvide real-time scheduling portal support to external users
- check_circleLead meetings with clinical matrix teams as assigned
- check_circleComply with applicable SOPs, work practices, and documentation standards
- check_circleAct as primary scheduling point of contact for clinical trials and healthy donor programs
- check_circleExecute exception processes including product returns, replacements, and out-of-spec handling
Requirements
