About the Role

This position supports an established Missile Defense program as an experienced Project Engineer. As part of this highly-skilled team, you will be responsible for making strategic decisions and working with leadership, cost account managers, and engineers to deliver results. This role is designed for those with demonstrated experience in concept development, planning, and program execution for missile applications, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively navigate complex technical and business landscapes.

Work Environment & Location

This position is onsite full-time. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.
