As a PE Diver, you will lead underwater and topside inspection teams out of our Baltimore, MD or Newark, DE offices. This role is critical for ensuring the safety of the traveling public through detailed assessments of bridge components and channel conditions below water. You will manage inspections of bridges and waterfront structures across DE, MD, DC, VA, PA, NJ, and throughout CONUS, including providing emergency response services associated with weather events.
In this position, you will draft and review inspection reports to clearly convey findings to clients, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards for equipment maintenance, diving safety, and inspection procedures. You will plan and execute bridge inspections in compliance with National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) and OSHA Regulations, while also performing routine maintenance on diving equipment. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently under general supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team to meet client objectives.

ADCI Air-diving Supervisor Certification. Prior leadership experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Structural design experience with waterfront structures and bridges. Load rating and structural analysis experience. NDT/NDE experience. MDSHA and/or PennDOT experience.
