About the Role

As a Project Engineer at Lithko, you will learn the fundamentals of concrete construction directly on the job site. This is an entry-level role designed for those with a drive to excel. While hands-on construction experience is a plus, the most successful candidates are action-oriented, collaborative, and ready to take advantage of growth opportunities.

Your dedicated manager and mentors are invested in your success as you build your knowledge and skills. Through our proven integration (training) program, you will quickly advance your career. On average, Project Engineers are promoted within one year of starting at Lithko.

You will be joining a team that builds impressive structures. Your work may involve performing tasks at elevation, sometimes at heights multiple stories above ground level, and lifting at least 50 pounds. Our construction sites can feature rough terrain and operate during inclement weather, provided it is safe. As an integral part of the team, you must have a reliable method of getting to job sites daily and on time, with work hours that may fluctuate based on project activities.
