About the Role
As a Project Engineer at Lithko, you will learn the fundamentals of concrete construction directly on the job site. Your dedicated manager and mentors are invested in your success as you build your knowledge and skills, working towards your next role. Our integration (training) program empowers you to make an impact and quickly advance your career at Lithko. On average, Project Engineers are promoted within one year of starting.
You will be joining a team that builds impressive structures. Your work may involve performing tasks at elevation, sometimes multiple stories above ground level, and navigating rough terrain on operational sites. While hands-on construction experience is a plus, this is an entry-level role designed for those with a drive to excel. The most successful candidates are action-oriented, collaborative, and ready to take advantage of growth opportunities.
