About the Role

As a Project Engineer at Lithko, you will learn the fundamentals of concrete construction directly on the job site. Your dedicated manager and mentors are invested in your success as you build your knowledge and skills, working towards your next role. Our integration (training) program empowers you to make an impact and quickly advance your career at Lithko. On average, Project Engineers are promoted within one year of starting.

This is an entry-level role designed for those with a drive to excel. While hands-on construction experience is a plus, the most successful candidates are action-oriented, collaborative, and ready to take advantage of growth opportunities. You will join a team that builds impressive structures, often performing labor at elevation and in environments with rough terrain. Your work hours may fluctuate based on project activities, and you must have a reliable method of getting to job sites daily and on time.

Throughout your integration, your specific duties will evolve as your skills and interests develop. You may be responsible for estimating, field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, placing and finishing concrete, production tracking, quantity take-offs, and slab preparation.
