Who We Are

CAI is a global services firm with over 9,000 associates worldwide and a yearly revenue of $1.3 billion+. For over 40 years, we have united talent and technology to power the possible for our clients, colleagues, and communities. As a privately held company, we have the freedom and focus to do what is right—whatever it takes. Our tailor-made solutions create lasting results across the public and commercial sectors, and we are trailblazers in bringing neurodiversity to the enterprise.

About the Role

As the Project Coordinator, you will serve as a vital liaison to enhance trauma care coordination and quality improvement across hospitals in Indiana. You will work closely with vendors and trauma system partners to coordinate, implement, and support statewide Medical Operations Coordination Center (MOCC) operations. This role is designed to improve the coordination of trauma care across the state's trauma system while supporting regional care coordination and quality improvement within both trauma and non-trauma hospitals.

In this hybrid position based in Indianapolis, you will act as a bridge between MOCC leadership and a broad continuum of care stakeholders, including hospitals, EMS, 911/public safety, rehab, urgent care, and behavioral health partners. Your work will drive the planning, development, and ongoing implementation of the Rural Health Transformation Program Initiative 1, ensuring strategic alignment and operational success for the MOCC model.

Hiring Process

To apply, please submit your resume through our career portal. The selection process typically involves an initial review of qualifications followed by interviews with the hiring team to assess your fit for the role and our culture.

Equal Opportunity Employer

CAI is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
