As the Project Coordinator, you will serve as a vital liaison to enhance trauma care coordination and quality improvement across hospitals in Indiana. You will work closely with vendors and trauma system partners to coordinate, implement, and support statewide Medical Operations Coordination Center (MOCC) operations. This role is designed to improve the coordination of trauma care across the state's trauma system while supporting regional care coordination and quality improvement within both trauma and non-trauma hospitals.
In this hybrid position based in Indianapolis, you will act as a bridge between MOCC leadership and a broad continuum of care stakeholders, including hospitals, EMS, 911/public safety, rehab, urgent care, and behavioral health partners. Your work will drive the planning, development, and ongoing implementation of the Rural Health Transformation Program Initiative 1, ensuring strategic alignment and operational success for the MOCC model.
