About the Role
Eurofins SN Labs is a specialized analytical testing laboratory that partners with leading food, beverage, and consumer product brands to deliver analytical data that protect consumers and drive innovation. Our clients trust us with their most complex testing challenges.
We are hiring a Client Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our client experience. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of project management, client relationship management, and laboratory operations. You will be the single point of contact for a portfolio of clients from the moment they submit a sample to the moment they receive their results, owning the workflow, the communication, and the outcome.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, takes pride in client service, and wants to build a career in a science-driven, growth-oriented business. It serves as a launchpad for strong performers to move into senior project management, account management, technical sales, or operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage the full project lifecycle from sample submission through final report delivery
- check_circleReceive, log, and register incoming samples into the Laboratory Information Management System
- check_circleVerify documentation, assign test codes, and route samples to the correct analytical teams
- check_circleOwn client correspondence across email, phone, and portal to provide proactive status updates
- check_circleMaintain accurate client records, project histories, pricing agreements, and testing specifications
- check_circleCoordinate with scientific, sales, and accounting teams to keep projects moving
- check_circleIdentify recurring friction points in the client journey and partner with leadership to implement fixes
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- verifiedLess than 1 year in client-facing, project coordination, or operations role
- verifiedProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- verifiedBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Nice to Have
Experience with LIMS, CRM, or ERP systems. Prior experience in analytical, environmental, food, or pharmaceutical testing. Familiarity with chain-of-custody protocols or regulated laboratory environments. Project management coursework, certification (CAPM, PMP), or demonstrated PM experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
